The perfect addiction recovery program for men looking for secondary care and independent living in a structured sober residence.
The price includes a 28-day care program in a luxurious ensuite room with healthy full-board meals that are freshly prepared using locally sourced, organic and nutritional ingredients. Airport transfers within Barbados are also included plus fast tracked escorted through immigration by our VIP service.
Daily 1-to-1 support sessions, group activities and connection, morning meditation, daily local recovery meetings, holistic therapies including yoga, family support, relapse prevention plan and lifetime aftercare.
You will also enjoy weekly outdoor activities, reflection meetings, nature walks, beach visits, local cultural experiences, support local communities via Feed the Street; and much more.
Daily Structure for Long-Term Recovery
Each morning begins with meditation, creating space for clarity, reflection and focus before the day ahead. Then, you will take part in daily check-ins and group reflection meetings designed to encourage accountability, connection and personal growth within a supportive brotherhood environment.
Throughout the day, you will engage in 1-to-1 support sessions, attend local 12-Step recovery meetings and can participate in holistic therapies including yoga, meditation and much more. This promotes balance across mind, body, and recovery.
Time is also dedicated to journaling, personal reflection and group activities that strengthen routine, confidence and connection with others on the same journey. Alongside the structure of the recovery program, experience an space to recharge in a peaceful and private setting.
Sober Living and Active Recovery
Recovery at The Bridge remains active throughout you stay. You will attend fellowship meetings across the island. AA, NA and CA all have a welcoming presence in Barbados. Sponsor contact, step work, and literature study are consistent. Conversations are honest. Progress is visible.
The local recovery community in Barbados is established and supportive. It gives residents a genuine connection to fellowship beyond the walls of the residence, connections that many continue long after they leave.
We also offer opportunities to give back through local charity (Feed the Street) involvement to reconnect with purpose, gratitude and community.

How Can We Support You
The Bridge is a luxury men-only recovery residence, situated on the platinum coast of Barbados. The guests of our sober living home come to reset, reframe and recharge their recovery journey. Residents must arrive sober and committed to abstinence. If a detox is required prior to your arrival at our sober living facility we can support this with our extensive network in a confidential and private setting.
This is a place for individuals who are serious about recovery and willing to live within a structured environment. It suits people who have completed addiction treatment and need the right environment to continue building on that foundation, as well as those who recognise they need structure, accountability, and fellowship to maintain their sobriety.
